  • 1 1/3 lb Turkey
  • 1 Brown onion, small
  • 3 tbsp Dill, fresh
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/4 cup Herbs – mixed basil and parsley, fresh
  • 1 Shallot, large
  • 18 oz Spinach cubes, frozen
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 Salt
  • 4 oz Goat feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil + extra to drizzle with baked meatballs – optional, extra virgin
